AGB`s of the driving school Marcio
With the booking of a driving lesson or a course also the AGB's were accepted!

Driving Lessons:
Cancellations / illness / accident (driving lessons)
Cancellations due to prevention must be made 48 hours in advance. Cancellations due to illness
or accident require a medical certificate and can therefore be cancelled at short notice.

Appointments:
The dates will be discussed and agreed upon during the driving lessons.
Reminder of deadlines and correctness of the entry is the responsibility of the learner.
The schedule of the driving school is decisive for the actual time.
Unexcused no-shows will be charged in full. No refund possible!

Payment:
Subscriptions, individual lessons and insurance must always be paid in cash in advance.
Payment by invoices is currently not possible.
(Still being clarified) For payment with Maestro or V-Pay
1.5% transaction fees will be charged.
When paying by credit card, 2.5% transaction fee will be charged.
If you order a subscription or voucher in advance via the homepage, the subscription will be sent immediately by mail after receipt of payment.

Period of validity subscription:
Cancelled subscriptions must be purchased within 2 years. No refunds possible on remaining amounts. Non-transferable.

Insurance cat.B (car):
The insurance contribution is compulsory and must be paid separately (not included in the lesson price).
It amounts to CHF 100. With the one-time payment of the insurance share per training (valid for max. 2 years) one is sufficiently insured against damage and accident.
Not insured are gross negligence. Will not be reimbursed in the event of a change of driving school.

Lesson Duration:
One driving lesson lasts 45 min including questions, meetings, appointments.
Lessons outside the Zurich region (15Km) are offered only in double lessons (2 x 45min) for organizational reasons.

Are offered for organizational reasons only in double lessons (2 x 45min).

Emergency courses:
ID: A valid passport/ID/foreigner's identity card must be presented before the course begins.
Registration: The registration is binding. With the registration the AGB`s were accepted and accepted.

Course fees: The course fee must be paid in cash on the first day of the course before it starts.

Course Language:
The courses are held in German. (If necessary, an English or Portuguese course can also be offered). The instructor has the right to exclude participants if they cannot follow the course because they do not understand the language or understand it insufficiently and thus disrupt the lessons. Persons may be hired at the student's own expense for the translation
be taken along. The 1 1/2 day course is 10 hours. This is offered as an intensive course in 1 1/2 days of classroom training. Only those who complete the entire course will receive a course confirmation.

Insurance:
For all courses and events organised by the Marcio Driving School and its course organisers, we exclude all liability for any damage incurred. You are therefore responsible for having sufficient insurance cover. The use of the training rooms is at your own risk. The Marcio Driving School and its organisers cannot be held liable for theft or loss of items.

Cancellation, no-show:
Cancellations without costs can be submitted up to 5 working days before the start of the course in writing by e-mail to: info@fahrschule-marcio.ch.
- For less than 5 working days, 100% of the course cost will be charged.
- In case of no-show, unexcused absence 100% of the course costs will be charged.
- Short-term bookings can no longer be canceled. Started courses likewise.<br
If a participant who is unable to attend can organise a substitute for the booked course, no course costs will be charged to him/her.

Illness or accident:
Those who are unable to attend the course due to illness or accident must report this immediately and submit a medical certificate no later than 5 working days after the start of the course, it is at the discretion of the course organizer to decide whether fees for expenses will be charged.

Unpaid bills:
If the bill is not paid on time, a debt collection procedure is initiated immediately. This leads to a loss of creditworthiness in the case of debt collection information, e.g. when looking for an apartment, obtaining a loan, etc.

Behavior:
For the course to run smoothly, the participant is expected to behave in a collegial and cooperative manner. If the course is hindered by inappropriate or disruptive behavior on the part of a participant, the instructor is at liberty to remove the participant from the course after a verbal warning.

Course cancellation:
With us you get a performance guarantee. Except in case of illness or accident of the instructor! However, the courses are carried out only from 2 people!

Jurisdiction:
Swiss law is applicable to all legal relationships with Fahrschule-Marcio.
The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Fahrschule-Marcio in 8305 Dietlikon. There is always a solution 🙂
